Il presente trattato è scritto in due versioni, una italiana e una inglese. Le due versioni hanno lo stesso valore ed efficacia. Fatto a Londra, il 21 Agosto 1457

- [rp]Treaty of Diplomatic Relations between the Kingdom of England and the Duchy of Modena
This treaty is to establish a basic Diplomatic Relationship between the above territories. It will, therefore, establish the rights of the Embassy and the Ambassador(s), as well as all Embassy staff within each territory.
Article One – Definitions of Ruler The Kingdom of England is ruled by a Monarch (or Regent if there is no sitting Monarch).
The Duchy of Modena is ruled by a Duke/Duchess.
Article Two – Embassy The Kingdom of England shall be given an Embassy within the Duchy of Modena and it shall be given all freedoms that would be available in England.
The Duchy of Modena shall be given an Embassy within the Kingdom of England and it shall be given all freedoms that would be available in Modena.
Article Three – Ambassador, Diplomatic Protection and Diplomatic Immunity A) The Kingdom of England and the Duchy of Modena each maintain the right to refuse a diplomatic envoy from the other territory for any reason, and to request a replacement for any reason.
B) The Kingdom of England and the Duchy of Modena shall endeavour to ensure the safety of the other territory's visiting Ambassador(s), grant them the right to free passage through their territories, and shall endeavour to provide any help to the other territory's Ambassador(s) that is required, with or without a request from those Ambassador(s).
C) Ambassador(s) shall have diplomatic immunity from prosecution whilst within the other signatory's territory. If any Ambassador(s) is reported to have committed a serious crime, this immunity will be considered automatically removed, but for minor offences, the appropriate ruler can remove diplomatic immunity from their Ambassador(s) in order to prosecute them.
D) Serious crimes are considered to be those acts which are considered to be offences of Public Disorder, Treason, or High Treason in the Laws of the territory in which the crime was alleged to have been committed. If a crime is alleged to have been committed, the territory concerned will inform the authorities of the other territory about the diplomatic status of the representative(s) involved and the details of the trial, if one has been opened.
E) Any visiting Ambassador(s) to the other territory must provide sufficient advance notice, of at least three (3) days before arrival, in order to inform the appropriate authorities of the visit.
Article Four – Recall and Expulsion In the case of necessity or emergency, the appropriate ruler may recall their Ambassador(s) from the other territory.
Also, the appropriate ruler has the right, during an emergency or because of necessity, to expel the Ambassador and the Diplomatic Delegation of the other territory with a warning time of no less than two weeks to remove themselves.
Article Five – Cancellation of the Treaty of Diplomatic Relations Should either the Kingdom of England or the Duchy of Modena wish to cancel this treaty, it is necessary for the requesting party to write an Official Declaration in accordance with their laws, and to send a copy to the relevant territory’s officials. The treaty will be considered annulled after two weeks after receiving the Official Declaration of Cancellation, during which each of the Ambassador(s) and the Diplomatic Delegation may be required remove themselves from the other signatory's territories.
Article Six – Translation This Treaty of Diplomatic Relations is written in English and Italian. Both versions will be considered valid and correct; however, the version written in the main language of the Kingdom shall always be considered legal and usable in the Courts of Law of that Kingdom.

Questo trattato stabilisce una Relazione Diplomatica di base tra i territori sopracitati. Stabilirà, anche, i diritti dell'Ambasciata e degli Ambasciatori, così come di tutti i componenti delle Ambasciate entro i rispettivi territori.
Articolo Uno – Definizione dei Governanti
Il Regno di Inghilterra è governato da un Monarca (o Reggente se non c'è un Monarca eletto). Il Ducato di Modena è governato da un Duca/chessa.
Articolo Due – Ambasciata
Il Regno di Inghilterra riceverà un'Ambasciata all'interno del Ducato di Modena e gli saranno garantite tutte le libertà che avrebbero in Inghilterra. Il Ducato di Modena riceverà un'Ambasciata all'interno del Regno di Inghilterra e gli saranno garantite tutte le libertà che avrebbero a Modena.
Articolo Tre – Ambasciatori, Protezione Diplomatica e Immunità Diplomatica
A) Il Regno di Inghilterra e il Ducato di Modena mantengono il diritto di rifiutare una delegazione diplomatica dell'altro territorio per qualsiasi motivo, e di dichiederne una sostituzione per qualsiasi motivo.
B) Il Regno di Inghilterra e il Ducato di Modena si adopereranno per garantire la sicurezza degli Ambasciatori dell'altrui territorio in visita, garantendogli il diritto di libero passaggio, entro i loro territori e si adopereranno per provvedere qualsiasi aiuto richiesto dagli Ambasciatori dell'altrui territorio, con o senza la richiesta di suddetti Ambasciatori.
C) Gli Ambasciatori avranno una immunità diplomatica dai procedimenti giudiziari entro il territorio dell'altro firmatario. Se un Ambasciatore è denunciato per aver commesso un crimine serio, tale immunità sarà da considerarsi automaticamente revocata, ma per reati minori, il relativo governante può rimuovere l'immunità diplomatica dei propri Ambasciaotri in modo da renderli processabili.
D) Sono considerati Crimini Seri tutti quei reati che sono imputabili come Disturbo all'Ordine Pubblico, Tradimento e Alto Tradimento nelle Leggi del territorio in cui si presume che il crimine sia stato commesso. Se si ritiene che sia stato commesso un reato, il territorio interessato informerà le autorità della controparte relativamente lo status diplomatico del rappresentante coinvolto e dei dettagli del processo, se aperto.
E) Ogni visita degli Ambasciatori sul territorio della controparte deve fornire un sufficente preavviso, di almeno tre (3) giorni prima dell'arrivo, in modo da informare le autorità competenti della visita.
Articolo Quattro – Richiamo ed Espulsione
In caso di necessità od emergenza, il Governante può richiamare il proprio Ambasciatore dal territorio della controparte. Inoltre, il Governante ha il diritto, durante un'emergenza o in caso di necessità, di espellere l'Ambasciatore e la Delegazione diplomatica della controparte con un preavviso di minimo due settimane per lasciare il territorio.
Articolo Cinque – Annullamento del Trattato sulle Relazioni Diplomatiche
Qualora il Regno di Inghilterra o il Ducato di Modena desiderino cancellare questo trattato, è necessario che la parte richiedente scriva una Dichiarazione Ufficiale in conformità con le loro leggi e ne invii una copia ai funzionari del territorio interessato. Il trattato sarà considerato annullato dopo due settimane dalla ricezione di una Dichiarazione Ufficiale di Cancellazione, durante le quali ciascuno degli Ambasciatori e la Delegazione Diplomatica possono essere invitati ad allontanarsi dai territori dell'altro firmatario.
Articolo Sei – Traduzione
Questo Trattato sulle Relazioni Diplomatiche è scritto in Inglese e in Italiano. Entrambe le versioni sono da considerarsi valide e corrette; comunque la versione scritta nella lingua madre del territorio sarà da considerarsi legale e utilizzabile nei Tribunali di tale territorio.
