In caso di grave mancanza da parte dell'ambasciatore Serbo nel Ducato di Modena, Duca della Serbia può decidere di rimuovere la suddetta immunità, in modo che il colpevole possa essere incriminato e giudicato secondo le leggi del Ducato di Modena, sul territorio del Ducato di Modena.

Nel caso in cui l'ambasciatore Serbo commettesse un reato grave, il Ducato di Modena si riserverà il diritto di ricondurre alla frontiera oltre che non riconoscere più l'ambasciatore di Serbo presso il Ducato di Modena.

In caso di neccessità urgente il Duca di Modena può esigere la partenza dell'ambasciata del Ducato di Modena. L'ambasciatore dispone di un termnie di una settimana per lasciare il territorio del Ducato Serbo

Se uno dei due ducati firmatario, desiderasse annullare il presente trattato, dovrebbe necessariamente farne dichiarazione scritta, argomentando la decisione, e farlo pervenire all'altro ducato. Il trattato sarebbe immediatamente caduco una settimana dopo la ricezione della missiva.
Il presente trattato diverebbe caduco se uno o l'altro dei firmatari dichiarasse guerra all'altra provincia firmataria
