First article

Second article

a) The Diplomatic Corps of Modena, consisting of the Duke, the Chancellor (Gran Ciambellano), the High Chancellor (Gran Ciambellano Anziano) and the Ambassador of Modena, has diplomatic immunity throughout the entire territory of the German Kingdom.

Fifth article

a) With the affixing of the seals of the two signatories, this treaty replaces the previous treaty signed on December 19, 1457.

c) This contract is only drawn up in one version. This English version is valid and effective over all other versions and translations that may arise.

Secondo Articolo

Le implicazioni dell’immunità sono che non possono essere perseguiti per tutti i reati tranne quelli elencati nella sezione seguente.

d) Per crimini come brigantaggio, attacchi a città o attacchi al castello nella capitale di una provincia, i rappresentanti diplomatici di entrambe le parti saranno processati e condannati secondo le leggi applicabili della provincia ospitante.

Terzo Articolo

a) Il Ducato di Modena consente al Corpo Diplomatico del Regno Tedesco il libero passaggio attraverso il proprio territorio (vedi definizione di Corpo Diplomatico all'articolo 2 lettera a).

Quarto Articolo

Quinto Articolo

a) Con l'apposizione dei sigilli dei due firmatari, il presente trattato sostituisce il precedente trattato firmato il 19 dicembre 1457.

b) Se uno dei Paesi firmatari desidera rescindere il presente contratto, dovrà darne comunicazione scritta all'altra Provincia. Il contratto si intende quindi estinto una settimana dopo il ricevimento della suddetta comunicazione.

c) Il presente contratto è redatto in una sola versione. Questa versione inglese è valida ed efficace su tutte le altre versioni e traduzioni che potrebbero sorgere.

Erster Artikel

Zweiter Artikel

a) Der Diplomatische Corps von Modena, bestehend aus dem Herzog, dem Kanzler (Gran Ciambellano), dem Hochkanzler (Gran Ciambellano Anziano) und dem Botschafter von Modena, genießt diplomatische Immunität im gesamten Gebiet des Deutschen Königreichs. Der diplomatische Corps des Deutschen Königreichs, bestehend aus dem König, dem Kanzler und dem Deutschen Botschafter, genießt diplomatische Immunität im gesamten Gebiet des Herzogtums Modena.

b) Das Herzogtum Modena kann ein Mitglied des Diplomatischen Corps des Deutschen Königreichs, mit Ausnahme des Königs und des Kanzlers, als "persona non grata" erklären. Dies führt zur Beendigung des Status als diplomatischer Vertreter im Herzogtum Modena für dieses Mitglied. Dritter Artikel

a) Das Herzogtum Modena gewährt dem Diplomatischen Corps des Deutschen Königreichs freie Durchreise durch sein Gebiet (siehe Definition des Diplomatischen Corps in Artikel 2, Absatz a). Bevor eine Maßnahme ergriffen wird, muss das Diplomatische Corps eine Lesebestätigung des Eingangs der Mitteilung erhalten.

a) Das Herzogtum Modena verpflichtet sich, den Diplomatischen Corps des Deutschen Königreichs überall in seinem Gebiet und in jeder Situation zu schützen und zu unterstützen. Fünfter Artikel

a) Mit dem Anbringen der Siegel der beiden Unterzeichner ersetzt dieser Vertrag den vorherigen Vertrag, der am 19. Dezember 1457 unterzeichnet wurde.

b) Wenn eines der unterzeichnenden Länder diesen Vertrag kündigen möchte, muss es der anderen Provinz eine schriftliche Mitteilung senden. Der Vertrag gilt dann eine Woche nach Erhalt der oben genannten Benachrichtigung als aufgelöst.

c) Dieser Vertrag wird nur in einer Version erstellt. Diese englische Version ist vor allen anderen Versionen und Übersetzungen, die entstehen können, gültig und wirksam.
